If you want to be part of this evolution and grow alongside Ponta, this opportunity could be yours! **We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Analyst—check the details below!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Recruitment and Selection Support:** Support throughout the hiring process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and assistance in conducting evaluation stages; * **Onboarding and Training of New Employees:** Organize and oversee onboarding activities, introduce internal policies, processes, organizational culture, and support initial training; * **Employee Follow-up:** Address daily operational needs, clarify questions, support engagement initiatives, and monitor initial adaptation; * **Internal Surveys Implementation:** Organize, administer, and consolidate internal surveys—including climate, satisfaction, and other internal assessments—with support in analyzing results; * **Internal Endomarketing and Events:** Plan and execute internal communication initiatives, engagement campaigns, and corporate event organization; * **Benefits Administration:** Support benefits control, registration, updates, and employee inquiries regarding company-offered benefits; * **Uniform Inventory Control, Procurement, and Distribution:** Manage inventory, place orders, maintain records, and distribute uniforms to employees, ensuring timely replenishment and proper control; * **Support for Personnel Department Tasks:** Assist with electronic timekeeping routines, verification of time records, adjustments, and administrative HR processes; * **Support for Facilities Department Tasks:** Assist with infrastructure routines, workspace organization, and fulfillment of operational requests from the Facilities area, among other related activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Academic Background:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * **Recruitment & Selection Experience:** Hands-on experience in hiring processes, including resume screening, conducting interviews, applying assessment tools, and tracking hiring stages; * **People Onboarding Experience:** Experience managing new employee onboarding, organizing internal training programs, and supporting capacity-building initiatives; * **Generalist HR Management Experience:** Experience handling HR routines, supporting employees, internal marketing, and administrative HR tasks; * **Basic Knowledge of Personnel Department (Preferred):** Fundamental understanding of timekeeping, benefits, admissions, documentation, labor legislation, and support for Personnel Department routines; * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:** Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data organization, report generation, and presentations; * **Experience with Tangerino System:** Practical experience using the Tangerino system for timekeeping, shift management, and supporting Personnel Department routines. * **Location:** Preferably residing in Contagem or Belo Horizonte – MG, or willing to commute. **Additional Information** **Information:** **Work Location: Betim/MG** **Employment Type:** CLT; **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. **Our benefits are amazing—take a look!** Meal/Voucher Card (Flash): You choose whether to use it at grocery stores or restaurants; Life Insurance; Health Plan; Dental Plan; Birthday Day Off + Flash card credit as a gift to enjoy however you like!
