Job Summary: The Financial Supervisor will be responsible for executing financial routines, controlling accounts, conducting analyses, and providing service to customers and colleagues. FINANCIAL SUPERVISOR POSITION Employment Type: CLT Compensation: R$ 4\.500,00 Working Hours: Business hours Location: Salgado Filho Neighborhood \- Belo Horizonte/MG Benefits: * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance. * Health Insurance \+ Dental Insurance Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's Degree in: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields * Experience in the role * Proficiency in cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, billing, and treasury. * Knowledge of management systems Job Description: * Execute accounts receivable, billing, and collection routines. * Enter invoices when necessary. * Issue invoices, bank slips, and other financial documents. * Conduct customer registration and credit analysis. * Perform financial postings and bank reconciliations. * Monitor delinquency and conduct customer collections. * Analyze orders for billing release. * Organize documents. * Provide customer and colleague support on matters related to the finance department. * Weekly billing report for the 4 companies or upon request.
