Finance, Planning & Treasury Manager We are seeking a finance leader with strong analytical capabilities, solid experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP\&A), and expertise in Strategic Treasury, capable of supporting high-impact decisions and directly contributing to business value creation. We seek a data-driven profile with strategic insight into capital structure, cash management, and financial performance, as well as solid foundations in accounting and taxation, ensuring consistent financial analyses aligned with best practices. The professional will act as a strategic partner to leadership, contributing to data-driven decision-making through structured financial analyses and an integrated view across finance, accounting, and tax functions. ⸻ Key Responsibilities * Lead the full financial planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring accuracy, critical insight, and alignment with company strategies. * Act as a strategic business partner, supporting executive leadership in decision-making through in-depth financial analyses, scenario building, and KPI monitoring. * Develop and execute the Treasury strategy, focusing on cash optimization, capital structure, financial risk management, funding, leverage, and relationships with financial institutions. * Manage financial aspects of contracts, monitoring commercial terms, financial obligations, deadlines, adjustments, and economic impacts on the company. * Ensure financial governance, compliance, and internal controls, guaranteeing adherence to best practices in accounting management and observance of applicable tax principles for company operations. * Assess accounting and tax implications of financial decisions, contributing to tax efficiency, proper structuring of operations, and sustainability of results. * Lead initiatives for transformation and evolution of the finance function, leveraging automation, data, and analytics to enhance efficiency, predictability, and quality of information. * Lead, engage, and develop finance teams, fostering a high-performance culture, execution discipline, and continuous improvement. ⸻ Requirements * Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with exposure to financial planning, treasury, controllership, or related areas. * Solid experience in structuring and managing cash and working capital. * Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. * Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (preferably TOTVS, SAP, or Oracle). * Knowledge of financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance indicators (KPIs). * Experience in managing and developing finance teams. * Knowledge of managerial accounting, tax fundamentals, and financial contract management.
