Ready to begin? **With us, you can.** **About This Opportunity** WSP Brazil is launching a search for a **Data Analyst 1** to work in **Belo Horizonte/MG**. **Responsibilities for This Role** * Serve as an analyst on the Data Management/Data Visualization team; * Participate in operational processes for registering information into our EQuIS database; * Generate outputs requested by technical teams; * Support improvements to data governance processes; * Perform routine automation and data validation, and engage in database construction and modeling; * Interact with various stakeholders across consulting projects and support internal clients with their technical requests; * Maintain direct communication with laboratories to align on result delivery. **Required Qualifications** * Candidates must hold a completed undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, other engineering disciplines, Biology, Information Technology, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Knowledge of data structuring, modeling, analysis, and visualization; * Knowledge of Python and SQL; * Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX functions and Power Query); * Experience handling physical-chemical and general environmental data. * Availability to work onsite at the Belo Horizonte office is required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with EQuIS software; * Soft skills (negotiation, communication, presentation, and organization); * English proficiency for communication with the global team; * Experience with QA/QC; * Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint); * Knowledge of biological and ecotoxicological data; * Knowledge of R; **What WSP Brazil Offers:** * You may join our “Own It” program, enabling you to acquire shares of WSP Global through monthly payroll-deducted contributions and benefit from an additional 50% company contribution (up to a defined maximum amount).
