We eagerly await dedicated, passionate professionals! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Safety as a non-negotiable value.** Operate lifting machines and equipment, adjusting controls and activating movements according to operational requirements. Assess equipment operating conditions, interpret instrument measurement panels, verify power sources, and test activation controls. Prepare the work area for operations and transport personnel and materials using lifting machines and equipment. Carry out all activities in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. Perform all cargo handling within the company using cranes—including structural assembly, precast concrete elements, hoisting, trailer handling, platform movement in the yard, and general components—elevating loads whenever required. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed elementary school. Knowledge: Crane Operation Course; familiarity with crane procedures and equipment; knowledge of regulations governing special cargo transportation; knowledge of cables and shackles used in cargo handling. Experience: Six months of experience in this role. Courses: MOPP (Hazardous Materials Transport) and Indivisible Cargo Handling.
