**OBJECTIVE:**
Prepare and cook dishes, adhering to the brand's guidelines for presentation and food safety. Maintain the kitchen in optimal physical condition—including equipment and materials—to meet guest needs and deliver a unique, unforgettable experience aligned with Accor’s Service Culture.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
* Prepare dishes and pastries, and assemble buffets, trays, and individual plates.
* Ensure replenishment, quality, and presentation of served food.
* Supervise mealtime buffets, ensuring consistency and organization.
* Comply with hygiene, food safety standards, and applicable legislation.
* Serve guests and provide information about dishes upon request.
* Share guest preferences with Reception to personalize service (ACDC).
* Act as an ambassador of brand values and participate in Service Culture initiatives.
* Follow environmental guidelines related to conscious consumption and selective waste collection.
* Perform related tasks as required by the hotel, including at Combo/Tri Combo units.
Qualifications
**Minimum requirements:**
* High school diploma; Food Safety Good Practices; Culinary courses;
* Knowledge of Food Handling Hygiene; General Culinary Skills;
* Relevant work experience.
**Preferred:**
* Basic English.
**Position details:**
* 5x2 schedule: (06:00 to 15:48\) or (13:00 to 22:48\).
* Note: Rotating days off.
