\-This is a specialist role, typically filled by professionals with knowledge of civil construction projects. A university degree in Architecture or Environmental Design is required, along with experience serving high-expectation clients. \-Identify the needs of each project and answer questions about our products, recommending appropriate solutions. \-Demonstrate strong customer service skills, maintain a positive attitude, and show eagerness to promptly resolve potential customer issues. \-Ensure customer satisfaction, contributing not only to the company's growth but also to your own professional development. REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCIES: \-Strong communication skills and attributes such as teamwork orientation. \-Proactivity and ability to build trust-based relationships with customers. \-Completed or near-completion of a higher education or technical program in Architecture or Environmental Design. \-Ability to read, understand, and analyze architectural plans. \-Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD) and general computer applications (Microsoft Office). \-Experience in technical customer service / sales. RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Conduct briefing sessions to understand customer needs and expectations (e.g., product features, pricing, services, delivery timelines, and after-sales support). \-Negotiate with customers to close sales. \-Present solutions and stay updated on new products and services. \-Guide customers through the in-store service process, ensuring an exceptional experience. \-Embrace challenges related to goal achievement, prospecting, and revenue generation. \-After-sales support.
