Job Responsibilities: * **Active Prospecting:** Identify and generate new business opportunities within the corporate market. * **Portfolio Management:** Qualify leads, conduct consultative meetings, and understand clients' pain points in Occupational Medicine and Occupational Safety. * **Proposal Development:** Design customized solutions aligned with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and each client's specific needs. * **Negotiation and Closing:** Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact through contract signing. * **Initial Post-Sale Support:** Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to the operational/structural team. Requirements and Qualifications: * **Experience:** Proven experience in consultative sales (preferably in healthcare, services, or occupational safety). * **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication. * **Behavioral Profile:** Proactivity, strong goal orientation, and self-management capability. * **Tools:** Microsoft Office Suite. * **Preferred Qualification:** Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Regulatory Standards (NRs).
