Our customers include defense contractors, Fortune 500 manufacturers, and agricultural technology companies. **Role Summary** We’re looking for a BDR to drive top\-of\-funnel pipeline growth. You’ll identify and engage prospects in our target verticals, book meetings with decision\-makers, and set the stage for our sales team to close. This is a ground\-floor opportunity to shape our outbound motion as we scale. **Responsibilities** · Conduct outbound prospecting via approved channels (email, LinkedIn, phone) · Research and identify accounts that align with Synetic’s ideal customer profile · Book qualified meetings with decision\-makers (typically engineering, ML, and product leaders) · Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity and meetings in the CRM · Report weekly activity metrics and pipeline progress · Attend biweekly sales meetings · Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting **Qualifications** · 1\-2 years of BDR/SDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technical sales · Familiarity with CRM tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) · Strong written and verbal communication skills in English · Self\-motivated; comfortable working independently in a remote environment · Desired but not required: Exposure to AI/ML, computer vision, or defense/manufacturing verticals **Compensation** This is a contractor position and not a salaried position with benefits.
