As a **Business Development Associate**, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by building strategic partnerships and acquiring new merchants. You’ll be responsible for identifying high\-potential markets, executing outbound sales strategies, and managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and integration support. This role also involves close collaboration with cross\-functional teams to align on go\-to\-market initiatives and ensure merchant success. Your insights will help shape product enhancements and commercial strategies through valuable market feedback. **What You Will Need To Do** * Build and manage business partnerships, implement new sources of merchant acquisition and growth. * Identify high\-potential businesses, verticals, and markets to develop and execute outbound sales strategies to onboard new clients. * Reach out to potential merchants and partners, understand their business needs, and present payment solutions in a consultative sales style. * Manage your sales pipeline from prospecting, qualifying, researching, pitching, and providing necessary support to ensure the timely integration of merchants. * Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to develop and execute sales and marketing activities; * Provide market feedback to the company’s leadership and product development team regarding competitive offerings and prospects’ needs, generate product development ideas, and help develop cross\-sell and upsell strategies. **What You Will Need To Have** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. * At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or client acquisition (preferably in fintech, e\-commerce, or SaaS). * Familiarity with digital payments, merchant onboarding processes, or online platforms is a plus. * Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage in regional sales. * Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms is beneficial. * Proficiency in English, and other foreign languages is preferred. **Why Join Us?** If you are eager to take your career to the next level in the payment industry, this is the opportunity for you.
