As the **Billing Audit Coordinator**, you will be responsible for leading retrospective, concurrent, and prospective audit processes, ensuring billing accuracy and team deliverable quality. Your role will be critical in ensuring medical account compliance, managing claim appeal processes, preparing management reports, guiding and training the team, and directly engaging with health plans and partners during technical audits.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Coordinate billing audit processes according to health plan contractual rules.
* Ensure accuracy in invoice submission and document analysis.
* Lead and monitor the team, promoting training, feedback, and continuous development.
* Provide technical arguments during health plan audits, both at headquarters and branch locations.
* Prepare management reports on claim denials and financial reconciliations.
* Actively participate in recruitment, selection, development, and performance management of the team.
* Support other coordinators on topics related to billing audit.
* Implement and maintain practices aligned with the Quality Management System.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in healthcare-related fields.
* Preferred: Postgraduate specialization in Healthcare Auditing.
* Proven experience in healthcare auditing and billing.
* Experience in internal and external audits is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems (preferably IW/Incoway System).
* Willingness to travel (for training and audits).
* Effective leadership and interpersonal relationship skills.
* Assertive communication and strategic vision.
