




Job Summary: A professional to provide direct support to the CEO, assisting with prospecting and tactical Sales management, ensuring a high-quality pipeline and commercial operational efficiency. We are seeking a professional to act as direct support to the company's CEO in commercial processes, assisting in prospecting and tactical Sales management. The primary focus is to ensure the BDR (Business Development Representative) team maintains a high-quality pipeline, working with data handling and excellent CRM organization. This professional must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity to ensure commercial operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Intelligence and Qualification of Potential Customers (Pre\-Sales Focus) * Strategic Research: Use pre\-contracted intelligence platforms to conduct active research and extract lists of companies (Leads) perfectly aligned with the company’s strategic vision and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). * CRM Data Management: Register, process, and enrich extracted data in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and correct lead segmentation so SDRs can initiate prospecting. * SDR Support: Ensure the SDR (Sales Development Representative) pipeline is continuously fed with high\-quality data and appropriate volume. * Analysis and Reporting: Extract, consolidate, and present essential reports and metrics on prospecting performance, including contacts made, data inputs, tasks completed, and initial qualification results. 2\. Support for Tactical Sales Management * Meeting Participation: Actively contribute to weekly Sales department meetings by providing operational insights, presenting pipeline reports, and proposing improvements to prospecting and data handling processes. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Preferred experience in marketing, consulting, or growth\-focused companies. * Experience using and managing data in CRM systems. * Advantage: Familiarity with Commercial Intelligence/Lead Generation platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
