Designing and managing learning paths. Planning and developing content and instructional materials for internal training. Identifying market suppliers to meet training and capacity-building needs. Preparing reports on training indicator management. Delivering training sessions when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Pedagogy, or related fields. Advanced Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint and Excel). Experience managing and implementing an LMS platform.
