Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing inventory, supplying production, receiving and storing materials, verifying procurement needs, and ensuring the warehouse's organization. Guarantee of workplace organization and safety. **Responsibilities**: \- Supply production with necessary materials for operations, prioritizing delivery at the start of each shift; recording outgoing items in the spreadsheet; picking items from inventory; ensuring correct items and quantities are delivered to respective departments within the established timeframe. \- Receive various materials intended for company consumption, including maintenance parts, safety equipment, production supplies, and others; verify invoices and purchase orders; conduct visual inspection to detect possible damages; identify fabrics, feet, and bases; record items in the spreadsheet according to the invoice to register inventory receipt, thereby making materials available for withdrawal and use while maintaining inventory control. \- Store materials by receiving various items, inspecting product quality, and placing materials in designated locations to facilitate inventory audits and material delivery. \- Verify procurement needs by checking minimum stock levels on the Inventory Control spreadsheet and performing physical verification of items in stock; prepare purchase requisitions and send them via e\-mail to the Purchasing and PCP departments to ensure required materials for factory supply. \- Identify missing parts in inventory, detect potential breakages or losses, seek alternative replacement options within inventory, report shortages to PCP and production management to authorize purchase requests for part replenishment. \- Issue PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), receive PPE requests from employees, collect used PPE, record issuance and return dates on the employee's PPE record sheet, obtain employee signature, file the document in the designated location, and dispose of used PPE appropriately. \- Correct inventory entry errors whenever necessary by updating spreadsheet information, physically counting items in stock, reversing incorrect entries, and ensuring accuracy of inventory data available within the company. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in the storage area by performing cleaning and organizing tasks, arranging available materials in inventory to ensure visibility and easy access for withdrawal and factory supply, thereby ensuring proper distribution, movement, preservation of stored products, and workplace safety. \- Conduct material inventory audits using the inventory spreadsheet provided by Finance; count items physically present in inventory; compare physical item positions against spreadsheet quantities; report identified discrepancies; investigate possible stock shortages to achieve reconciliation of records and accounting. \- Use all mandatory PPE. \- Assist in loading and unloading of raw materials. \- Perform other related tasks as needed or as directed by supervisors. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:15 AM to 5:03 PM** **Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal voucher (R$ 15.00 per day), health insurance.** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.556,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Warehouse experience (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
