Introduction We are seeking an Administrative Assistant (PwD) to join our LCS team. You will be responsible for administrative logistics activities for BR18. You will play a critical role in the success of our business. In this position, you will report to the Services Manager. This position is located in Belo Horizonte/MG and involves no travel; it is a fixed, on-site, local role based at the warehouse. The team you will join You will join a team dedicated to managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and materials under LCS contracts. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Safety, and Maintenance. What you will do Manage materials, support the repurchase process, and handle receipt, packaging, warehousing, and dispatch of parts, supplies, and PPE within the warehouse. Your responsibilities will also include planning part deliveries for contracts in Minas Gerais. You will work collaboratively with the Warehouse Clerk and Administrative Analyst to meet LCS department requirements. Register materials in Metso’s internal platforms, manage material procurement and stock levels within BR18, control and record invoices in the VNF platform, monitor supplier payment flows, obtain material quotations, and fulfill internal requests related to BR18 contracts. Maintain updated and organized physical and digital files for easy retrieval. Assist in inventory control by conducting periodic stock counts to replenish materials. Update internal spreadsheets and reports on material movement and costs. Verify invoices, checking quantities and amounts. Monitor stock levels and ensure supply availability to prevent stockouts. Collaborate with logistics and maintenance teams to optimize operations. Handle telephone inquiries and triage calls according to urgency.
