We are seeking an Intern to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking an intern to join our team and support activities related to budgeting, planning, and cost control. This position is intended for students interested in developing an analytical and strategic perspective on project and construction management. The internship is part of a development acceleration program, in which the intern will participate in a job rotation program, rotating through various departments related to budgeting, planning, and cost control, thereby gaining practical and comprehensive exposure to the processes and routines of these areas. **Main Activities** * Support the preparation and updating of construction budgets; * Assist in physical\-financial planning and monitoring of projects; * Organize and control technical documents, spreadsheets, and reports; * Support cost and performance indicator analysis; * Assist in communication and alignment of information with the team and other involved departments; * Participate in activities across different departments within the job rotation program, broadening understanding of processes and workflows. **Competencies and Skills** * Attention to detail; * Organizational skills for managing documents, spreadsheets, and reports; * Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, emails, and internal alignments; * Proactivity in seeking information and anticipating needs; * Teamwork, with interaction across multiple departments; * Analytical ability and logical reasoning. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Currently enrolled in the 5th year or later of Civil Engineering or in a Construction Technology technical program. **Professional Experience:** No prior experience required. **Technical Skills:** Full Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** Location: Belo Horizonte/MG.
