




Job Summary: The professional will support administrative and operational routines, organize documents, manage schedules, and provide support to the finance department while attending to suppliers and customers. Support to various areas, including finance and customer service **Responsibilities** * Support the department's administrative and operational routines; * Organize documents, files, and spreadsheets; * Manage schedules, meetings, and internal communications; * Provide support to the finance department (data entry, invoices, reports) — if applicable; * Attend to suppliers, customers, and colleagues; * Assist with procurement, quotations, and material control; * Prepare management reports and presentations; * Monitor KPIs and internal processes; * Perform other administrative tasks as needed. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in administrative routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **Preferred Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a technical or undergraduate program in Business Administration; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. **Schedule and Location** * Schedule: *08:00 to 18:00* * Work Mode: On-site * Location: *Nova Lima / Honório Bicalho* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT, Internship Compensation: R$1\.750,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
