Job Summary:
The professional will support administrative and operational routines, organize documents, manage schedules, and provide support to the finance department while attending to suppliers and customers.

**Responsibilities**
* Support the department's administrative and operational routines;
* Organize documents, files, and spreadsheets;
* Manage schedules, meetings, and internal communications;
* Provide support to the finance department (data entry, invoices, reports) — if applicable;
* Attend to suppliers, customers, and colleagues;
* Assist with procurement, quotations, and material control;
* Prepare management reports and presentations;
* Monitor KPIs and internal processes;
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education;
* Prior experience in administrative routines;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity;
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Currently enrolled in or having completed a technical or undergraduate program in Business Administration;
* Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.

* Schedule: *08:00 to 18:00*

* Location: *Nova Lima / Honório Bicalho*

Compensation: R$1\.750,00 per month
