Collaboration with the team in daily processes Job Scope Professional responsible for supporting the company's administrative and accounting routines, providing operational support for departmental activities, and contributing to information organization, information flow, spreadsheet updating, and document control. This role will directly handle verifications, administrative recordkeeping, file organization, supplier and client communication when necessary, and collaboration with the team to execute daily processes. Main Responsibilities Internal administrative routines Document organization and archiving Support in financial and accounting controls Updating internal spreadsheets and reports Basic data entry into systems Monitoring emails and internal requests Updating information and supporting the team Desired Profile Organized individual with attention to detail and strong communication skills Ability to execute tasks and maintain discipline in processes Commitment to deadlines and routine Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office tools Technical Requirements Completed high school education Technical or undergraduate degree in administrative or accounting fields (in progress) is considered a plus Prior experience in administrative routines is considered a plus Basic or intermediate Excel proficiency Knowledge of Word and Outlook Working Hours Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$1.621,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
