Administrative routine support **Job Objective:** Perform activities related to the company's tax and fiscal control, ensuring compliance with legislation and supporting administrative routines. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience with **issuance, cancellation, and verification of invoices**; * Basic knowledge of **taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS, withholdings)**; * Familiarity with **management systems and tax portals (Municipality, SEFAZ, etc.)**; * Organization, attention to detail, and good communication skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **recording and verification of incoming and outgoing invoices**; * Support **tax calculation and ancillary obligations**; * Monitor **invoice cancellations and corrections**; * Provide support to the **Finance and Accounting departments** on tax-related matters; * Maintain updated tax files and controls in accordance with legal requirements.
