We are seeking a Telesales Operator to handle customer service and prospecting, conducting consultative sales via WhatsApp and internal systems, ensuring agile, organized, and results-oriented service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via WhatsApp; * Clarify inquiries regarding products, prices, shipping, delivery timelines, and warranties; * Conduct sales and follow up on negotiations with customers; * Register customers in the system; * Prepare quotations and sales orders; * Issue invoices in the system; * Forward orders to the shipping department when necessary; * List products on the OLX platform; * Update information in the system and track order statuses; * Support commercial initiatives and contribute to achieving departmental goals. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in telephone sales, telesales, or commercial customer service; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; **Required Competencies:** * Strong communication and verbal fluency; * Commercial and persuasive mindset; * Organization and agility; * Courtesy and empathy in customer service; * Proactivity and commitment; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Focus on results and goals; * Good interpersonal skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday — 08:00 to 18:00 h; Friday — 08:00 to 17:00 h We seek **committed, organized, and proactive** professionals who pay attention to detail and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. **Join Maxi Tools and grow with us!** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance — BRL 25.00 per business day * Health insurance — Unimed; * Dental insurance — Bradesco Dental; * Transportation allowance / Fuel allowance; * Performance bonus — After probationary period; * Parking; * SESC membership; * University partnership — Anhanguera Work Location: Avenida Ápio Cardoso, Cincão, 105, Contagem - Minas Gerais, 32371-615, Brazil Compensation: BRL 1,700.00 per month Work Mode: On-site
