Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Selection Analyst responsible for end-to-end management of recruitment processes and interfacing with leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Support for employer branding attraction and strengthening initiatives **Position: Recruitment \& Selection Analyst – Belo Horizonte (MG)** **Salary:** R$ 3\.000,00 **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Model:** On-site (or hybrid – adjust according to company policy) **About the Position:** We seek a professional **experienced in Recruitment and Selection**, with strong management capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process execution, maintaining an average pace of **15–20 operational positions per month**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end processes (from alignment to closure). * Conduct screening, interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions. * Maintain direct interface with operational and administrative leaders. * Ensure agility and quality in deliverables. * Organize basic metrics (time-to-fill, volume, adherence). * Support employer branding attraction and strengthening initiatives. * Support the HR Department (DP – Departamento Pessoal) **Requirements:** * Proven experience handling **high-volume operational positions**. * Experience with structured processes and fast-paced environments. * Strong communication skills, autonomy, and organizational ability. * Availability to work in the **Northeast** region of Belo Horizonte. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Experience as a generalist HR professional. * Experience with **Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)**. * Strong relationship-building skills with operational departments.
