Quality Assistant (Temporary)

Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for standardizing procedures, managing the Quality Management System, training employees, and coordinating audits to ensure continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Standardization and formalization of procedures 2. Quality Management System management and training 3. Coordination of internal and external audits * Review and analyze existing procedures across all company departments with the aim of standardizing and formalizing them into written procedures for use by all organizational levels; * Review and control QMS documents and records; * Plan and conduct QMS-related training for all employees to promote knowledge dissemination and facilitate program implementation; * Develop supporting materials such as manuals, handouts, and posters to optimize training and program communication; * Advise department managers and internal facilitators on QMS activities to ensure compliance with established standards; * Identify deficiencies in processes, systems, and tasks, raising awareness among directly involved personnel and departments to engage them in developing solutions and implementing corrective actions; * Monitor calibration certificate expiration dates for measuring instruments and arrange new calibrations; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys; * Perform laboratory tests either internally or at external laboratories; * Apply statistical analysis to quality-related data for preparing managerial reports; * Coordinate meetings for critical review of the Quality Management System; * Coordinate and execute internal and external audit programs for quality-related systems and procedures, aiming to identify deficiencies in processes, systems, and tasks, raise awareness among directly involved personnel and departments, and engage them in developing solutions and implementing corrective actions; * Fulfill immediate supervisor's requests within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
