We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to work at our office, performing the following routine duties: **Responsibilities** * Control of supplies, raw materials, and other inputs; * Planning of maintenance for machines and equipment; * Control and updating of records, registrations, reports, and work instructions; * Control of documentation deadlines; * Inventory and control of machines, equipment, and tools; * Compliance with quality, environmental, health, safety, and social responsibility procedures; * Inventory control of inputs, PPEs, and uniforms across units and central stock; * Updating and printing of checklists and customer satisfaction surveys; * Scheduling and monitoring of operational activities; * Receiving, selecting, and organizing photos for assembling the customer's measurement portfolio; * Developing process improvements and innovations together with teams; * Handling internal client procedures (gate access authorization, material dispatch, meeting room scheduling, and various requests); * Requesting duplicate ID badges and updating them in the client's system; Opening service tickets for maintenance and misuse reports. * **Requirements** * **Education**: Completed High School or Completed Technical Education * **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * **Behavioral Skills**: Communication ability, organizational and planning capacity, and good interpersonal relationships. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance * Medical and dental plan * Life insurance * Pet Love * Wellhub * Christmas basket * Partnership with higher education institutions * Corporate education platform Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
