Provide support to the professional responsible for this department under the guidance of their hierarchical supervisor, aiming to fulfill the stages of receiving, storage, picking, and distribution of supplies. * Receiving, picking, and storing food for various departments; * Measuring food and equipment temperatures; * Cleaning equipment and work areas; * Inventory counting; * PVPS control; * Product traceability documentation; * Other inventory-related activities.
