We know only a motivated and collaborative team can deliver excellence. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience managing people; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Preferably experience working in dynamic companies with intense routines; * Experience in Logistics Operations and/or Transportation, process metrics, productivity, damages, absenteeism, and turnover; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule; * Full in-person availability in Contagem \- MG **Address:** Avenida General David Sarnoff, 3445, Modules 01 and 02, Warehouse 4, Cidade Industrial, Contagem\-MG; * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 07:00 \- 15:20\. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee cargo receipt, processing (route planning), and dispatch of all packages, as well as delivery monitoring—ensuring compliance with all operational and safety procedures within agreed timelines. * Maintain clear communication with the delivery fleet, understanding challenges and improvement opportunities regarding service, processes, and route optimization, aiming to enhance delivery engagement, relationships, quality, and cost reduction. * Support analysis with the immediate manager on operational metrics, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and routines within your operational scope using Google tools and databases (Looker, WMS, Kibana, ARCO, and Grafana), to identify operational deviations and develop action plans. * Carry out daily agency routine management based on updated daily dashboards from the Quality area and Daily Safety Dialogue (DDS), keeping the team informed of internal metrics and correcting process deviations. * Support the execution of quality audits and self-assessments alongside the immediate manager, providing operational information so the manager can complete checklists and formulate action plans based on non-conformities and deviation corrections. * Monitor daily route quality indices via Grafana and ARCO to ensure proper package allocation and direct adjustments for assistant execution. * Monitor transfer receipts through communication with support areas (Planning, Control, and Transportation) via established communication channels, reporting operational needs. * Manage inventory control for supplies, materials, and equipment, requesting necessary items via available platforms to ensure smooth and safe operations. * Support immediate leadership in managing work hours, absenteeism, and vacations for the assigned operational base, reporting any required support needs to your manager. * Manage tools, resources, and development initiatives for the team, promoting activities to comply with safety, quality, and health standards—including training—to guarantee operational efficiency, process stability, and team engagement. **Benefits:** * Meal and food allowance via Flash card or on-site cafeteria (rules subject to regional policy and current guidelines); * Transportation allowance, with up to 6% salary deduction; routing managed by a specialized third-party company based on the Logger’s provided address; * Health Insurance: Monthly premium fully covered by Loggi, with co-payment for basic exams and consultations—including dependents up to age 21 (or up to age 24 if enrolled in university); * Dental Insurance: 100% covered by Loggi—including dependents up to age 21 (or up to age 24 if enrolled in university); * Remote Work Allowance: For employees working remotely or in hybrid mode; * Childcare allowance for children up to 5 years old; * Allowance for children with disabilities: subject to valid documentation, CID-validated medical report, and approval/other requirements; * Maternity/Paternity Leave: 6 months for mothers and 20 days for fathers; * Pharmacy Benefit Program: Subsidies and discounts at accredited pharmacy networks across Brazil; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to various gyms, sports, and classes; * Physical and mental health support through partnered services; * Galena: Exclusive educational discounts and scholarships across numerous courses and institutions nationwide (extended to Loggers’ children and spouses); * Payroll-deducted loans (eligibility after 3 months of employment); * Loggi 4Free: Send your own packages with us (capped at R$ 200/month); * (If applicable) Incentive Program (PLR or Bonus) per current policy, with rules applied according to position seniority.
