Legalization Analyst

Description

We are seeking a Legalization Analyst to join our team and directly handle corporate and business regularization processes, ensuring agility, compliance, and excellence in deliverables. Requirements * Active CRC registration; * Experience handling processes with JUCESP and other Commercial Registries; * Practical experience in company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution; * Knowledge of corporate documentation and business legalization routines; * Proficiency in municipal and state registration processes and other related registrations; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong deadline management. Key Responsibilities * Draft, file, and monitor company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution processes; * Coordinate with JUCESP, the Federal Revenue Service, Municipalities, and other competent authorities; * Issue, verify, and organize corporate documents, articles of incorporation, and contractual amendments; * Track requirements, pending items, and procedural deadlines; * Support business legalization and regularization routines; * Ensure documentary compliance and maintain up-to-date corporate registration data for client companies.
