This opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid hands-on experience in family law, possessing technical confidence in managing cases, conducting hearings, developing legal strategies, and maintaining empathetic, human-centered client relationships. Experience in Labor and Civil litigation will also be considered an advantage, contributing to more strategic and versatile performance within the firm’s legal operations. We seek a technically proficient, organized, empathetic, and committed professional capable of autonomously managing cases and demonstrating sensitivity in family-related matters. Key Responsibilities * Drafting procedural documents in Family Law; * Managing cases and providing strategic oversight; * Participating in court hearings; * Preparing appeals, submissions, and interim petitions; * Providing consultative client service and keeping clients updated; * Document review and formulation of legal strategies; * Deadline tracking and internal system updates; * Occasional support in Labor and Civil litigation matters. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Law; * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration; * Practical experience in Family Law; * Experience handling hearings and deadlines; * Strong legal writing skills; * Organized, responsible profile with effective communication skills; * Availability for in-person work in Lourdes/BH.
