Managing and performing product quality testing Junior Quality Analyst We seek a professional to work in the quality area, with a proactive, organized profile and strong focus on continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Performing and monitoring tasks with employees based on standard quality procedures and their respective spreadsheets and checklists; * Conducting internal and external audits to comply with quality policy and applicable standards; * Delivering onboarding and refresher training programs on topics related to the area; * Performing quality testing on products under development and/or already available in the market; * Managing product temperature verification to ensure compliance with required standards; * Conducting daily store rounds to guarantee adherence to required standards; * Internal and external audits * Supplier qualification * R\&D product development * Monitoring goods receipt processes and related quality assurance topics; **Requirements:** Proven experience in the food industry. Strong communication skills, teaching ability, and ease in delivering training. Willingness to travel between units.
