Collaborating to improve process efficiency #### **About the position:** * We are looking for a professional to work in the HR Payroll Department, with focus on payroll processing, labor charges, and labor obligations. We seek someone who is organized, analytical, agile, and able to collaborate effectively within a team, contributing to process efficiency and compliance with legal requirements. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Perform monthly payroll closing; * Process and verify labor charges; * Handle submission and verification of eSocial obligations; * Perform labor calculations (vacation, termination, hiring, etc.); * Monitor and manage working hours and electronic timekeeping; * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation; * Provide support for HR Payroll-related requests. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Proven experience with RM Labore (TOTVS) system; * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll closing, eSocial, labor charges, labor calculations, timekeeping control, and other HR Payroll routines; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel; * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Experience with intermittent employment contracts. #### **Benefits:** * Meals at the company (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack). * Attendance bonus. * Unimed or Hapvida health insurance plan. * Dental insurance plan. * Profit-sharing program (PPR) \- up to one additional salary per year. * Trio of services (Telemedicine, Funeral Assistance, and Life Insurance) * Active Life Program \- including access to sports telemedicine and fitness apps (Wellhub, formerly Gympass or Total Pass). * 24% discount on electricity bills. * Discount on medication purchases (Droga Clara and Droga Raia).
