Key responsibilities * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Perform bank reconciliations and support financial cash flow; * Issue fiscal invoices; * Support collection activities and monitor delinquency; * Record and verify financial transactions in ERP systems; * Organize financial documents and routines; * Provide support to other departments within the office; * Manage financial demands for clients in the mobile phone technical segment. Requirements * Prior experience in the finance area; * Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Proficiency with systems and technological tools; * Familiarity with Sige Cloud system is desirable; * Experience issuing fiscal invoices is desirable; Desirable qualities * Organized, agile, and detail-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Capacity to manage dynamic routines and multiple concurrent demands.
