The educator is responsible for identifying and applying tools and strategies during Training Sessions to establish a direct link with the realities of the corporate world—the primary objective of the Citizen Network’s Apprenticeship/Employability Program. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Study and prepare theoretical professional training sessions according to the content of the Citizen Network’s Professional Apprenticeship Program; * Provide pedagogical, cultural, social, and recreational support to youth participating in the project; * Monitor apprentices’ attendance at Training Sessions; * Address performance improvement points identified in evaluations conducted by the hiring company during Training Sessions; * Conduct Pre\-Termination and Termination Interviews with youth as required; * Attend weekly team meetings focused on improving Apprenticeship/Employability processes; * Participate in planning and executing graduation ceremonies; * Request Tutor support, when necessary, regarding specific issues affecting youth; * Report infrastructure needs and youth-related matters to immediate management; * Maintain updated youth portfolio folders; * Propose and implement complementary pedagogical activities related to topics covered in Training Sessions; * Ensure accuracy of documents and information relevant to the development of Training Sessions; * Organize lectures and testimonials by invited professionals, providing youth with real-world examples and content about work and life (Corporate Relations); * Organize cultural and professional development visits to museums, companies, and diverse institutions that promote professional learning; * Participate in organizing, mobilizing, and attending institutional events—especially apprentice graduation ceremonies; * Acquire mastery of competencies outlined in the apprenticeship program to be delivered to youth; * Organize and conduct parent/guardian meetings for youth; * Escalate identified issues whenever necessary; * Serve as a Libras interpreter in classroom settings or other situations as required; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Completed undergraduate degree; * Preferred fields of study: Administration, Pedagogy, Languages, Social Sciences, and other humanities disciplines; * Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (in-person); * Must reside in Nova Lima or its metropolitan regions; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in education (preferably with youth); Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.206,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Relocation/mobility possibility: * Nova Lima, MG: Relocate or move to the job location prior to starting work (Preferred) Selection question(s): * Do you have classroom teaching experience and experience working with youth?
