Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Graphic Arts Assistant to provide technical support in the creative workflow and prepare files for printing. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Photoshop is essential for this role. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Graphic Arts Assistant** to join our production team! Your mission will be to provide technical support for the creative workflow, ensuring that client projects come to life with maximum technical quality. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Adjustment and Final Artwork:** Adapt and prepare artwork for various materials (flyers, business cards, menus, etc.), focusing on correct file setup. * **Technical Review:** Review files submitted by clients, applying templates and adjusting bleeds, fonts, and colors (CMYK) to meet printing standards. * **Consultative Support:** Answer client questions via email and phone, advising on technical specifications and order status. * **Quick Corrections:** Perform targeted adjustments and regulatory corrections on artwork containing technical errors. * **Operational Support:** Assist in order management and perform cancellations in the system when necessary. **Required Qualifications:** * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Tools:** Proficiency in **CorelDRAW** and **Photoshop** (essential). * **Profile:** Organization, agility, and excellent attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course in Visual Communication or related fields. * Knowledge of prepress and file setup. * Experience in the printing industry.
