




Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring engineering projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to organize and monitor multiple disciplines **DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring the development of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and scope, in accordance with the client's quality standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare and update weekly the Document List (DL) and the project master schedule; * Issue weekly and monthly progress reports (including S-curves, physical and financial progress, risks, and pending items); * Participate in alignment meetings with the engineering team and other stakeholders; * Support schedule, resource, and deliverable management in accordance with established Measurement Criteria; * Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and document approval workflows; * Identify and report schedule or cash flow deviations, proposing recovery plans when necessary. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering project planning within the mining industry; * Experience with Front-End Loading (FEL) methodology and scheduling for large-scale projects; * Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office suite. **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Ability to organize and monitor multiple disciplines and work fronts; * Familiarity with ABNT and DNIT standards, and quality procedures (ISO 9001); * Experience with BIM-based projects is considered a plus.
