Job Summary: An opportunity to develop skills in negotiation, proposal development, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration between Commercial and Operations departments. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth and permanent hiring At Inventarium, you will have direct involvement in negotiations, proposal development, cost analysis, and coordination between the Commercial and Operations departments—building highly market-valued competencies. Your Responsibilities: * Support the preparation of commercial proposals and budgets; * Analyze customer requests received; * Assist in evaluating team availability for service execution; * Update information in the CRM (Agendor); * Track commercial proposals and conduct follow-up with customers; * Organize data and KPIs to support commercial management; * Collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager and Operations Manager. Requirements: * Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Business Process Management, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields; * Strong communication skills; * Organizational skills; * Proficiency in Excel; * Eagerness to learn and grow. Preferred Qualifications: * Direct interaction with managers; * Learning opportunities in negotiation, pricing, and operational planning; * CRM and commercial KPIs development; * Opportunity for growth and permanent hiring.
