OPEN POSITION \| FIELD SUPERVISOR – ITINERANT SOCIAL PROJECT \| MINAS GERAIS 3e Soluções e Eficiência Energética is seeking a communicative, proactive professional with leadership potential to join the CEMIG nas Escolas project — an itinerant environmental education initiative that brings interactive experiences, technology, and learning to schools across various cities in Minas Gerais. Work Location: Minas Gerais (itinerant project) Short-term travel availability and valid driver's license (Category B) required KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise the field team and monitor project activities Coordinate with municipal governments, education departments, and local leaders Organize schedules and ensure execution of planned activities Support scheduling of schools participating in the project Monitor educational, theatrical, game-based, and interactive activities conducted at schools Track performance indicators, reports, and operational controls Manage project materials, equipment, and resources Provide logistical support including dispatch of kits and coordination of field requirements Lead events, lectures, fairs, and project outreach activities Oversee fleet operations, vehicle checklists, and vehicle usage Support management in financial accountability and operational monitoring REQUIREMENTS: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program (e.g., Administration, Social Work, Social Sciences, or related fields — not mandatory) Experience leading teams Experience in public-facing roles and operational activities Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver’s license (Category B) and practical driving experience Availability for frequent travel within Minas Gerais PROFILE DIFFERENTIATORS: Proactive, hands-on attitude Ability to interact effectively with diverse people and environments Strong organizational skills and emotional intelligence Confident event facilitation and institutional representation abilities Quick resolution of operational and logistical issues WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM SALARY: R$ 2\.872,28 BENEFITS: Transportation allowance Meal allowance of R$ 21.17 per business day Additional meal allowance during travel Hapvida health insurance plan Dental insurance plan Life insurance Online psychological counseling Gym membership discounts Internal quality-of-life programs At 3e Soluções, we believe energy and transformation go hand in hand.
