With a specialized team, the company aims to deliver customized solutions to its clients. **Responsibilities:** Will work at a company in the field of Occupational Medicine and Workplace Safety, performing the following functions: Process management, monitoring, and continuous improvement, with focus on the SOC system (Occupational Health and Safety Software). Process mapping and standardization aligned with business needs. Communication of changes and support for process and system adoption. Planning and delivery of training for users (internal and external). Configuration, enhancement, and functional support of corporate systems, especially the SOC system. Development of efficient solutions, optimizing costs, resources, and performance. Integrated collaboration with internal departments and suppliers on improvement projects. Completed technical education required.
