




**Hospital is hiring for:** Quality Technician Activities: Guide leadership regarding deadlines to ensure procedures are executed and non-conformities are addressed; Perform tasks in the quality system, including uploading documents, manuals, and work instructions; Assist coordinators and managers in standardizing work processes and using quality tools; Monitor, within the quality system, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, document expiration dates, acceptance verification, and document approval; Consolidate and report non-conformities, generate reports, and forward them to respective departments; Conduct internal and external audits; Distribute and complete audit-related documents, forms, and checklists. Mandatory Requirements: Technical degree in Quality or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management; Experience in the hospital sector; Knowledge of the Interact system; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Ability to prepare reports, indicators, and qualified analyses; Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9000 series); knowledge of quality tools (e.g., Ishikawa diagram, 5 Whys, Pareto chart, Improvement Science); experience in auditing and technical standards; Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma; LGPD and other privacy and confidentiality regulations; patient safety. Desirable: Knowledge of the MV system; quality documentation.
