Quality Supervisor

Job Summary: Supervise quality management, audits, ISO certifications, and continuous process improvement in the furniture manufacturing industry. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the development and implementation of audit and certification plans. 2. Work on Integrated Management Systems (IMS): ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. 3. Propose and lead continuous process improvement initiatives. **A furniture manufacturing company is hiring for:** Quality Supervisor Responsibilities: Develop audit plans to ensure compliance with processes and internal and external regulations; Manage group companies’ certification programs; Work on Integrated Management Systems (IMS): ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001; Supervise and support the development of company product manuals; inspect and release raw materials, products, and services; develop, review, and ensure implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions; develop and monitor quality performance indicators; propose and lead corrective and preventive actions for continuous process improvement; manage nonconformities and promote process standardization across all company departments; establish and maintain the product and service quality assurance system; train and guide teams on IMS principles. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Chemistry, Quality Management, or related fields; experience in auditing, process mapping, and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications; proven experience in this role; knowledge of internal audit methodologies, nonconformity management, and continuous improvement; familiarity with PDCA, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
