Job Summary: The Quality Analyst guides leadership teams, performs tasks within the quality management system, maps processes, monitors procedures, reports non-conformities, and conducts audits. Development and standardization of work processes **Hospital is hiring for:** Quality Analyst Responsibilities: Guide leadership teams regarding deadlines to ensure timely execution of procedures and handling of non-conformities; Perform tasks in the quality management system, including uploading documents, manuals, and work instructions; Map and standardize work processes using quality tools as well as client-supplier chain agreements; Monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, document expiration dates, acceptance verification, and document approval within the quality management system; Consolidate and report non-conformities, generate reports, and forward them to respective departments; Conduct internal and external audits; Distribute and complete audit-related documents, forms, and checklists. Mandatory Requirements: Specialization in quality management; Experience in the hospital sector in this role; Knowledge of the Interact system; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; Ability to prepare reports, indicators, and qualified analyses; Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9000 series); Quality tools (e.g., Ishikawa diagram, 5 Whys, Pareto chart, improvement science); Auditing practices and technical standards; Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma; LGPD and other privacy and confidentiality regulations; Patient safety principles. Desirable Requirements: Knowledge of the MV system; Experience in quality documentation.
