Job Summary: Support the preparation of performance indicator evaluation reports, qualitative and quantitative analyses, and project management. Key Highlights: 1. This recognition reflects our commitment to our employees’ well-being and our relentless pursuit of excellence and impact in everything we do. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** Support the team in the following activities: * Preparing performance indicator evaluation reports; * Developing qualitative and quantitative analyses based on field-collected data and/or data obtained via systems; * Managing and monitoring projects and processes; * Preparing proposals for improvements to reports and processes. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Word and Excel); * Essential experience with cloud storage tools (SharePoint, Google Drive or similar); * Desired knowledge: PowerPoint, Power BI, QGIS; * Desired experience and knowledge in preparing technical reports; Desired familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) for data visualization; Desired understanding of PPPs and concessions. **BENEFITS:** * Gympass * Corporate University * Health Program * Human-centered and collaborative culture.
