If you want to be the protagonist of your career in a dynamic and appreciative environment, this is the place for you. #JoinESAB **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct routine and specific HSE inspections. * Identify, analyze, and propose countermeasures for physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and psychosocial risks. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, conducting root cause analyses and developing action plans. * Monitor and implement PGR/GRO, LTCAT, AET, and other legally mandated programs, in coordination with external consultants. * Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements. * Update and monitor legal requirements related to Health, Safety, and Environment. * Plan and deliver mandatory training and prevention campaigns (e.g., CIPA, Emergency Brigade, SIPAT). * Supervise proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), advising employees and third-party personnel. * Review documentation from service providers and contracted companies, and support mobilization-related activities and submission of documentation to clients. * Prepare technical reports, HSE records, and performance indicators. * Support internal and external audits and oversee maintenance services with a focus on safety. * Adopt a preventive approach, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
