




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 hours per week. **Level:** Professional **Employment Regime:** Tenured \- CLT labor code 1\. Prepare and sign technical reports, assessments, and opinions related to occupational safety, in accordance with current legislation. 2\. Coordinate and implement Risk Management Programs (PGR) and Technical Reports on Working Environmental Conditions (LTCAT). 3\. Conduct technical inspections and surveys in workplaces, identifying hazards and proposing corrective and preventive measures. 4\. Evaluate and validate facility, machinery, and equipment projects, ensuring compliance with NRs (Regulatory Standards) and ABNT technical standards. 5\. Support the team in investigating and analyzing accidents and incidents, preparing technical reports and action plans. 6\. Deliver training sessions, lectures, and educational campaigns focused on safety and accident prevention. 7\. Assist client companies in meeting legal requirements and liaising with regulatory agencies. 8\. Develop and review technical procedures and work instructions in compliance with current legislation. 9\. Click here to access the full notice. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Education:** Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field \+ Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering. **Desirable Education:** Additional specializations in Ergonomics, Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Management, or Health and Safety Management Systems. Additional certifications in internal audits, specific NRs, and risk management. **Experience:** Proven experience in developing and coordinating safety programs and reports (PPRA, PGR, LTCAT, PCMAT, APR, among others). Experience conducting technical inspections, expert assessments, accident analysis, and issuing technical opinions. Practical experience delivering safety training, managing occupational risks, and advising industrial companies. **Technical Competencies:** Preparing and signing OSH reports and assessments; evaluating PGR and LTCAT; conducting technical inspections; assessing projects and installations; investigating accidents; delivering training; supporting companies in fulfilling legal obligations; developing procedures; and monitoring safety indicators. **Behavioral Competencies:** Analytical ability to identify and propose risk control measures. Strong technical knowledge of key Regulatory Standards (NRs). Ability to interpret labor and social security legislation.
