Verify nursing documentation and prescription checks **Description:** Meet clients' needs by providing direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or nursing student; Assist the nurse in organizing and guiding clinical activities within the Inpatient Unit; Participate in shift handover, organizing and documenting it clearly and concisely so all nursing team members are aware of events from previous shifts; Adhere to the Nursing Code of Ethics and the Nursing Professional Practice Act; Verify nursing documentation and prescription checks on physical records and electronic health records; Accompany clients leaving the unit for examinations and internal consultations; Check departmental organization: pending exams, sterilization area, stretcher, wheelchair, oxygen cylinder; Assist in conducting nursing diagnoses and planning interventions to improve nursing services under the supervisor's guidance, among other routine duties.
