Job Summary: Ensure correct execution of the measurement and contractual billing cycle in ERP, mitigating financial and tax risks associated with the project. Key Highlights: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or related fields Job Description Ensure correct execution of the contractual measurement and billing cycle in the RM ERP system, guaranteeing compliance with contractual criteria, fiscal conformity, and system integrity, thereby mitigating financial and tax risks associated with the project. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and post contractual measurements in the RM ERP system * Validate measurement periods, milestones, and billing eligibility * Correctly apply contractual withholdings (guarantees, taxes, deductions, etc.) * Verify alignment among contract, measurement, and billing * Interface with suppliers to align measurements and adjustments * Support analysis of billing inconsistencies and discrepancies * Ensure traceability of measurements (calculation records, evidence, and approvals) * Proactively mitigate fiscal and systemic risks * Support project financial closing (CapEx / disbursements) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or related fields Prior experience with measurement and billing in projects Experience with ERP systems (preferably RM) Company Description AFRY is a leading European engineering, project, and consulting services company with global reach.
