We offer services ranging from consulting to custom software development. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities at the facility. Conduct plumbing repairs, including unclogging, faucet and valve replacement, fitting replacement, and pipe repairs. Carry out simple electrical interventions, such as bulb, switch, and socket replacements, as well as minor repairs to electrical installations. Execute masonry work, including bricklaying, plaster application, and wall and floor repairs. Perform carpentry tasks, covering furniture, door, window, and wooden structure repairs. Paint walls, fences, railings, and various surfaces, both interior and exterior. Previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Electrician, Maintenance Specialist, or Maintenance Supervisor may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
