We are a company specialized in business legalization, corporate management consulting, and BPO. We directly handle company incorporation, regularization, and restructuring, helping our clients operate safely, legally, and efficiently. We are seeking a curious and proactive intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the full corporate legalization process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with company incorporation and registration (Commercial Registry, Notary Offices, and Brazilian Bar Association);
Monitoring operating license and permit processes;
Providing support for contractual and corporate amendments;
Tracking regularization procedures with the Federal Revenue Service and Municipal Government;
Organizing and managing client documentation and deadlines;
Using government portals (Gov.br, REDESIM, e-CAC, Commercial Registry/MRE);
Attending to and supporting clients whose processes are underway;
Assisting the team with BPO-related reports and controls.
What we seek:
Currently enrolled in Law, Business Administration, or Accounting — from the 2nd semester onward.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to deadlines
* Genuine interest in legalization processes and corporate routines
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and digital tools
* Proactivity, discretion, and professional demeanor
* Preferred: Basic knowledge of Corporate Law, Tax Law, or Accounting
* Preferred: Prior experience with government portals or notary office procedures
What we offer:
Internship stipend — R$ 1000.00
Transportation allowance: For days requiring in-person attendance (hybrid: in-person + remote);
Relocation allowance: R$ 300.00;
