Prior experience in corporate litigation and advisory services 2. Knowledge of tax legislation (federal, state, and municipal) 3. Familiarity with accounting and tax concepts ORGANIZED, CONCENTRATED, FOCUSED, TEAMWORK, PUNCTUALITY, DESIRE TO ADVANCE, GROWTH, AND LEARNING NEW KNOWLEDGE. REQUIREMENTS: \- PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN CORPORATE LITIGATION AND ADVISORY SERVICES \- ACTIVE OAB REGISTRATION (WITHOUT OUTSTANDING DUES) \- AVAILABILITY FOR TRAVEL. \- KNOWLEDGE OF TAX LEGISLATION, FEDERAL, STATE, AND MUNICIPAL. \- BASIC KNOWLEDGE AND FAMILIARITY WITH ACCOUNTING AND TAX CONCEPTS.
