




Job Summary: The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for preparing and presenting cold dishes, such as salads and desserts, following the Executive Chef's standards and assisting with other kitchen activities. Responsibilities: Responsible for serving all cold dishes, including salads and desserts, following the method and presentation established by the Executive Chef, as well as quality standards; Work in one or more specialized kitchen stations focused on cold foods, such as salads, carpaccios, desserts, etc.; Assist in preparing dishes requiring medium complexity, following methods and standards established by the Chef, including ingredient assembly; Responsible for requesting and requisitioning any fresh produce items; Assist the Chef in controlling COGS (Cost of Goods Sold); And any other responsibilities or tasks assigned by the supervisor.
