Preparation of management reports and performance indicators (KPIs) for management An automotive industry company is seeking a Junior Planning Analyst in Betim. Zeen Technologies is a company focused on innovative technology solutions, offering services ranging from software development to IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and consolidate the annual budget (Budget). Develop projections and scenario simulations (Forecast). Monitor Budget vs. Actual, analyzing deviations and workload variations. Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs) for Management and Executive Leadership. Support internal departments with information for strategic decision-making. Assist in tracking and allocating hours worked on projects. Support the definition of the outsourcing strategy for the department. Previous experience as a Junior Project Analyst, Planning Assistant, Junior Strategy Analyst, or Junior Process Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
